Rimowa Retail IT Project Manager

- Collaborate with global business teams to evaluate new requirements, qualify requests, assess feasibility, and deliver effort estimates.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of POS-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Oversee project progress continuously and produce detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate and coordinate proactively with stakeholders, including end-users, IT staff, retail business, and vendors.
- Manage project lifecycle phases including planning, design, documentation, testing, deployment, communication, reporting, change management, and incident handling.
- Deliver projects on time, maintaining expected quality standards and budget constraints.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance in best practices for retail technology project management.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Retail or IT development.
- Over 7 years of experience in IT project management.
- Experience in developing project plans, process diagrams, use cases, and functional and technical requirements.
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
- Technical awareness in assessing and scoping work.
- Knowledge of SOA and APIs is required.
- Experience with CEGID Y2 and CEGID MPOS is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in French and professional English.
- Experience in data flow management (ETL) and SQL is preferred.
- Knowledge of business processes and solutions covering the retail value chain, including OMS, WMS, PSP, CRM integrations is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years in Retail or IT development, with over 7 years in IT project management.
