Retail IT Project Manager

1. Work with global business teams to evaluate new requirements, qualify requests, assess feasibility, deliver effort estimates, and identify constraints and dependencies.
2. Manage the entire lifecycle of POS-related projects from conception through to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
3. Oversee project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.
4. Communicate and coordinate proactively with all involved stakeholders including end-users, IT staff, retail business, vendors/suppliers to provide updates and gather feedback.
5. Manage the whole project lifecycle, including planning, design, documentation, testing, deployment, communication, reporting, change management, and incidents.
6. Deliver projects on time, at the expected level of quality and within budget.
7. Mentor junior members of the team and provide guidance in best practices of project management specific to retail technology implementations.

1. 7+ years of experience with Retail or IT development
2. 7+ years of experience in IT project management
3. Experience developing project plans, process diagrams, use cases, functional and technical requirements
4. Strong customer focus
5. Strong problem-solving skills
6. Strong technical awareness when assessing and scoping work
7. Additional experience in data flow management (ETL...) and SQL is preferred
8. Required knowledge with SOA and APIs
9. Experience with CEGID Y2 and CEGID MPOS is preferred
10. Knowledge of business processes and solutions covering the whole retail value chain, including OMS, WMS, PSP, CRM integrations is a plus
11. Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in small and dynamic environments
12. French and Professional English mandatory
