Rimowa Retail IT Project Manager

- Collaborate with global business teams to evaluate new requirements, qualify requests, assess feasibility, and deliver effort estimates.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of POS-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Continuously oversee project progress and produce detailed scheduled reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.
- Proactively communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders, including end-users, IT staff, retail business, and vendors/suppliers, to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, design, documentation, testing, deployment, communication, reporting, change management, and incident resolution.
- Deliver projects on time, ensuring the expected level of quality and adherence to budget.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in project management specific to retail technology implementations.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Retail or IT development.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management.
- Experience in developing project plans, process diagrams, use cases, and functional and technical requirements.
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
- Technical awareness when assessing and scoping work.
- Knowledge of SOA and APIs.
- Experience with CEGID Y2 and CEGID MPOS is preferred.
- Knowledge of business processes and solutions covering the retail value chain, including OMS, WMS, PSP, CRM integrations is a plus.
- Fluency in French and professional English is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in small, dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in data flow management (ETL) and SQL is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IT project management and retail or IT development.
