Rimowa Retail Excellence Manager

- Formulate and execute a comprehensive retail sales strategy in partnership with the Country Manager, including revenue targets and budget construction for stores and regions.
- Devise inventory forecasts and product assortment plans tailored to regional market demands.
- Issue visual merchandising guidelines in alignment with the Americas VM team to enhance customer engagement.
- Establish a CRM-based clienteling communication framework to elevate brand visibility and customer loyalty.
- Implement an integrated POS system for operational efficiency across retail locations.
- Support VIP-related store initiatives and oversee in-store repair facilities.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop sales teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Ensure seamless implementation of POS systems, inventory selection, and visual setup for store launches.
- Evaluate and enhance Store Managers' performance to meet individual goals.
- Collaborate with creative departments on retail marketing plans aligned with seasonal trends.
- Compile and deliver weekly reports detailing sales figures, customer feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Safeguard company assets, customers, and employees.
- Streamline retail operations processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to store guidelines and company policies by all employees.
- Train store employees on operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate inventory scheduling, control, and related functions.
- Collaborate with global teams on risk management, security, and loss prevention audits.
- Resolve facility issues, manage vendors, and oversee project budgets and timelines.
- Address health, safety, and code compliance concerns.
- Over seven years of progressive management experience in the luxury retail sector.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with proven team management and inspirational skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical capabilities.
- Documented history of driving high-volume sales and surpassing sales objectives.
- Extensive experience in business development and crafting effective sales strategies.
- Proven expertise in overseeing CRM programs to foster customer loyalty.
