1. Ensure the proper utilization of information systems by users and maintain data accuracy.
2. Monitor weekly KPIs, providing challenges and support to regions to achieve targets in lead time and productivity.
3. Manage spare parts consumption and stock across a vast network of stores and repair workshops.
4. Consolidate monthly budget reports, including P&L for all markets, and challenge repair costs.
5. Create and update the master database for Re-Crafted products and points of sale.
6. Assist in launching the Re-Crafted program in new markets.
7. Update and test reporting systems, such as the status of Re-Crafted repairs.
8. Develop a cost analysis dashboard to ensure repair costs align with the budget and propose corrective actions.
9. Engage in projects aimed at improving repair productivity and quality.
10. Participate in additional repair-related projects as they arise during the internship.

1. Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

1. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
4. Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
