- Manage the full recruitment process for interns and work-study students, including gathering job requirements from managers and finalizing employment contracts.
- Collect and review job descriptions, publish job offers, and select candidate CVs.
- Conduct pre-qualification phone interviews and bilingual (French/English) interviews.
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
- Ensure all documentation is complete for the commencement of internships or work-study programs.
- Serve as the primary contact for recruitment-related inquiries for interns and work-study students.
- Oversee the integration and community management of interns and work-study students in collaboration with the HR Assistant.
- Coordinate internal and external communications and organize various events such as induction days, cultural outings, and workshops.
- Manage a dedicated project for each new cohort of interns, including project theme development and coordination of meetings and presentations.
- Facilitate school relations and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the LVMH Group.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, IEP, or equivalent university with a specialization in Human Resources, at a graduate level.
- Autonomy and proactivity with a strong sense of organization and rigor.
- Diplomatic with excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and effective listening skills.
- Strong writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English.
Entry-level experience, suitable for students at the end of their studies.
Graduate-level student in business school, IEP, or equivalent university specializing in HR.
