- Support the overall product strategy by identifying new business opportunities and analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with regional teams to develop a comprehensive Merchandising Brief, incorporating regional feedback, product gaps, and opportunities.
- Create benchmark documents to support the product strategy.
- Conduct business performance analysis combined with qualitative insights.
- Coordinate the 360-degree activation plan to enhance departmental interactions and maximize launch effects.
- Align product strategy with marketing activations and communication efforts.
- Support and align retail strategy with digital channels and clienteling.
- Develop tools to enrich retail activities and manage PR orders with the supply chain to ensure timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with regional merchandisers to adapt and implement the best launch strategy for each market.
- Analyze the impact of global activations by region and share best practices.
- Ensure regular communication with the Training team to integrate merchandising priorities into the training strategy.
- Manage the deployment and communication of product knowledge between product and training departments.
- Contribute to the creation of the Store brief, including merchandising information such as prices, clusterings, and VM guidelines.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with various teams.
- Open-mindedness and curiosity with a good understanding of different cultures and markets.
- Analytical and synthesis skills for interpreting sales figures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion or lifestyle industry is required.
