1. Implement a comprehensive 360 business vision.
2. Oversee assortment strategy and global activations to optimize worldwide opportunities.
3. Support overall product strategy by identifying new business opportunities and analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
4. Collaborate with regions to build a Merchandising Brief, including feedback, product gaps, and opportunities.
5. Create benchmark documents to support product strategy.
6. Coordinate a 360 activation plan to enhance departmental interactions and maximize launch effects.
7. Work with regional Merchandisers to adapt and set the best launch strategy for their markets.
8. Ensure regular communication with the Training team to reflect merchandising priorities in the Training strategy.
9. Manage the deployment and communication of product knowledge between product and training departments.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience.
2. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with various teams.
3. Open-minded and curious with a good understanding of different cultures and markets.
4. Analytical and synthesis skills for interpreting sales figures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
6. Fluent in English; another language is appreciated.
