Responsibilities
- Design and lead the clienteling strategy for product launches in collaboration with the CRM Campaign Coordinator.
- Create concepts for in-store and out-of-store animations to support key launches and client moments.
- Sponsor the launch and roll-out of the digital clienteling program.
- Lead and coordinate the client gifting and delight strategy.
- Support and follow-up on local market clienteling activities and programs.
- Lead the Retail CRM Ambassadors program globally.
- Develop a quarterly communication calendar for CRM and clienteling projects.
- Create training materials and guidelines for clienteling best practices.
- Collaborate with Retail, Training, Marketing, and e-Commerce for cross-brand alignment.
- Create and lead two global CRM challenges per year.
- Improve clienteling adoption in stores and satisfaction with CRM tools.
- Collaborate with CRM Project Manager and Product Owner to launch new features on the clienteling application.
- Support the roll-out and adoption of new clienteling tool features.
- Monitor clienteling performance globally, regionally, and at the store level.
- Measure the business impact of clienteling activities and optimize campaign results.
- Track and report on clienteling performance, including sales impact and client retention.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or equivalent.
Skills
- Diligent, autonomous, curious, and organized.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in reporting and Microsoft Excel.
- Problem-solving abilities and quick to find workarounds.
- Proactive and comfortable working with different cultures.
- Fluent in English.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience.
