Rimowa Global Clienteling Manager

- Design and lead the clienteling strategy for product launches in collaboration with the CRM Campaign Coordinator.
- Develop creative concepts for in-store and out-of-store animations to support key launches and client moments.
- Oversee the launch and implementation of the digital clienteling program.
- Coordinate the client gifting and delight strategy.
- Support local markets in their clienteling activities and programs.
- Lead the Retail CRM Ambassadors program globally.
- Create a quarterly communication calendar to enhance engagement and visibility of CRM and clienteling projects.
- Develop training materials and guidelines to ensure understanding and adoption of clienteling best practices.
- Collaborate with Retail, Training, Marketing, and e-Commerce departments for cross-brand alignment.
- Organize two global CRM challenges annually to engage the community and achieve objectives.
- Improve clienteling adoption in stores and enhance satisfaction with CRM tools.
- Collaborate with CRM Project Manager and CRM Product Owner to identify and launch new features on the clienteling application.
- Support the rollout of new features and track their adoption.
- Monitor clienteling performance globally, regionally, and at the store level to identify growth opportunities.
- Measure the business impact of clienteling activities and optimize campaign results.
- Track and report on clienteling performance, including sales impact and client retention.
- Master’s Degree or equivalent
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive and adaptable in multicultural environments
- Fluency in English
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in clienteling or CRM within the luxury fashion industry.
Master’s Degree or equivalent
