Rimowa E-Commerce Platform Coordinator

- Manage back-office operations for new product launches, ensuring timely implementation of the online customer journey.
- Oversee retro-planning to ensure timely reception of elements, allowing for adequate testing and recontribution.
- Manage product and content creation in alignment with briefs from the Content Team.
- Deploy implementation across all languages managed by the website.
- Handle regional change requests to tailor the website to meet regional sales and needs, maintaining high quality and relevance.
- Utilize project management software to manage regional requests and proactively identify effective implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and IT teams to stay updated on all functional evolutions, ensuring smooth rollout and implementation of changes.
- Provide input on pain points to enhance daily operations and streamline processes.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in E-Commerce or related fields.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or other E-Commerce platforms.
- Solid background in computer science with knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose issues and take appropriate actions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Minimum of 3 years in E-Commerce or related fields.
