Responsibilities
- Define stock targets for Lifestyle SKUs at regional warehouses using Anaplan.
- Build and ensure the weekly distribution plan from central to regional warehouses to optimize product availability.
- Arbitrate distribution strategy in case of stock tightness or demand variations.
- Create and monitor distribution plans for new products to ensure regional availability at launch.
- Follow up with markets on target stock levels and availability rates for stores and e-commerce.
- Monitor distribution KPIs.
- Interact with key Supply Chain players, logistics, and merchandising.
- Size worldwide requirements for collaterals in collaboration with regions.
- Place orders and monitor deliveries to warehouses.
- Coordinate distribution from suppliers or central warehouse to regions.
- Review and optimize the collateral management process.
- Participate in the implementation of a new distribution tool for finished products worldwide.
Qualifications
- 5 years' higher education in engineering, business, or equivalent, ideally with a Supply Chain specialization.
Skills
- Practical mindset, agility, curiosity.
- Ability to analyze and innovate.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex subjects.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Anaplan is a plus.
- Fluent English essential.
Experience Requirements
3 years' experience in a similar position.
Education Requirements
5 years' higher education in engineering, business, or equivalent, ideally with a Supply Chain specialization.
