Rimowa Customer Service Intern

- Handle incoming telephone calls from customers.
- Provide information about the RIMOWA Client Care Center.
- Support and manage customer requests, ensuring they are internally processed in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer feedback on the 'Reclame Aqui' platform.
- Report any issues to the Customer Service Manager.
- Perform activities to meet RIMOWA's KPI targets.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program, graduating in 2026 or later.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree.
