CRM IT Project Manager

1. Evaluate new CRM requirements with global business teams, including qualifying requests, assessing feasibility, delivering effort estimates, and identifying constraints and dependencies.
2. Translate business requirements into user requirements and user stories.
3. Collaborate with developers, architects, and technical leaders to design technical solutions.
4. Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, documentation, testing, deployment, communication, reporting, change management, and incident handling.
5. Organize daily agile activities with the development team and manage release planning.
6. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including domain managers and software vendors.
7. Deliver projects on time, maintaining quality and budget.
8. Contribute to defining the technical roadmap of platforms based on Salesforce product roadmap and industry best practices.

1. 5+ years of experience in CRM IT project management.
2. Experience in developing project plans, process diagrams, use cases, and functional and technical requirements.
3. Strong IT and digital technical knowledge, including Salesforce, integrations, data/SQL, web technologies, and iOS apps.
4. Experience with Salesforce suite: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
5. Experience with Unique Customer Referential (UCR) concepts and implementation is a plus.
6. Experience with Google Cloud data platform (Bigquery, Dataform) is a plus.
7. Experience with MuleSoft and Talend is a plus.
8. Excellent English proficiency.

Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
