Collection Performance Manager

1. Monitor weekly product performance reporting and propose actions based on performance.
2. Conduct ad hoc quantitative studies for new launches and existing products.
3. Develop a critical view of product range performance and identify growth opportunities.
4. Ensure smooth collection operations, particularly seasonal, by monitoring sell-through and collaborating with the Supply Chain team.
5. Analyze the effectiveness of product collections and recommend collection size adjustments.
6. Manage assortment efficiency and support growth through performance analysis.
7. Participate in half-yearly offer reviews with regions.
8. Lead bi-annual collection performance reviews and end-of-collection processes.
9. Challenge regional product performance and manage sales incentive programs.
10. Collaborate with the Collection Merchandiser Manager to develop regional recommendations.
11. Size new products for central purchasing and lead purchasing sessions with regions.
12. Monitor and project major product balances for budget years.
13. Define pricing for new products and lead bi-annual repricing exercises.
14. Maintain and update merchandising tools.

1. At least 5-8 years' experience in a similar role
2. Fluent English essential

2. Strong sensitivity to the luxury sector
3. Business-oriented with knowledge of retail
4. Ability to work cross-functionally in a constantly changing environment
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
6. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
