Rimowa Collection Performance Manager

- Oversee weekly product performance reporting, highlighting key insights and proposing actionable strategies based on product performance.
- Conduct ad hoc quantitative studies for new and existing product launches, addressing additional focus needs from the executive committee.
- Develop a critical perspective on product range performance, integrating quantitative data with qualitative market feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure smooth collection transitions, particularly for seasonal items, by monitoring sell-through rates and collaborating with the Supply Chain team for strategic reallocations.
- Analyze product collection efficiency, recommending adjustments to collection sizes and assortment strategies to support growth.
- Lead bi-annual collection performance reviews and end-of-collection processes, collaborating with regional teams.
- Challenge regional teams on product performance and manage centrally initiated sales incentive programs.
- Coordinate central purchasing activities, defining regional product quantities and leading purchasing sessions.
- Monitor and project product balance for budgetary planning, ensuring alignment with pricing structures and conducting bi-annual repricing exercises.
- Maintain and update merchandising tools to ensure operational efficiency.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for luxury products.
- Business-oriented with a comprehensive understanding of retail dynamics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury industry, with a focus on product performance and merchandising.
