Rimowa Client Advisor

- Deliver exemplary, consultative client service and convert consultations into sales through personalised advice and product demonstrations.
- Manage client relationships through proactive clienteling and by achieving individual CRM targets.
- Own after‑sales interactions: process repairs and service requests, coordinate with the technical team, and communicate status updates until return to the client.
- Perform minor on-site repairs and quality checks in accordance with RIMOWA standards.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and convey the brand’s craftsmanship and longevity narrative to customers.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail or client-facing sales; experience within the luxury sector preferred (ambitious new starters with strong customer orientation may be considered).
- Fluent spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrable consultative sales ability and strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on creating outstanding customer experiences.
- Experience with CRM-driven clienteling and the ability to meet individual CRM objectives.
- Organisational aptitude for coordinating after‑sales service and liaising with technical teams.

Minimum 3 years of retail or client-facing sales experience; prior exposure to luxury retail is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates with strong client service skills will be considered.
Secondary education; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury goods preferred.
