- Deliver high‑calibre, consultative sales interactions to an international clientele at the Milan La Rinascente store, converting consultations into transactions and long‑term relationships.
- Manage end‑to‑end after‑sales service including intake, coordination with technical teams, status communication and product return, ensuring repair standards and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual CRM and sales targets through proactive clienteling, follow‑up communications and database management.
- Perform minor on‑site repairs and routine product maintenance tasks following brand procedures and quality standards.
- Represent RIMOWA in‑store and during client events with polished presentation, product knowledge and adherence to brand protocols.
- Contribute to store operations as required, including merchandising, stock handling and participating in training and commercial initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience in luxury retail or client‑facing sales; candidates with strong consultative aptitude may also be considered.
- Fluent Italian and English; additional language skills are an advantage given the international clientele.
- Deep commitment to exceptional customer service and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM processes and targets, with a results‑oriented commercial mindset.
- Manual dexterity and willingness to undertake minor repair and quality‑control tasks in accordance with brand standards.
- Professional appearance, punctuality and capacity to work on‑site at La Rinascente, Milan.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail or high‑end client service is preferred; however, motivated candidates with less formal retail tenure but strong consultative aptitude and language skills will be considered.
High school diploma; vocational training in retail, luxury sales or a related discipline preferred.
