- Achieve personal sales targets through exceptional client relations and product expertise.
- Educate clients on the brand's history and current product offerings.
- Maintain an active client book to foster and develop new and existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store sales objectives.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by presenting oneself professionally and following up on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries.
- Enhance customer experience by continuously expanding knowledge of company history, new products, and competitors.
- Operate the store's POS system efficiently, including opening and closing the register and processing payments and returns.
- Conduct inventory counts and adhere to loss prevention policies.
- Maintain store merchandising standards and ensure store readiness through housekeeping duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of luxury sales experience, ideally with an established client book.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of fashion and design trends, with a passion for travel.
- Exceptional client relations and sales skills.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems.
