- Deliver an outstanding, personalised client experience to new and existing customers, guiding them through product selection and after‑sales care.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships using clienteling techniques and CRM tools to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage special requests and coordinate repairs or service cases in liaison with the client care department to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to the store team as an engaged, collaborative colleague; continuously expand product knowledge and represent the brand’s values.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience in luxury retail or customer‑facing sales is preferred but candidates without prior luxury experience are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a clear customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to learn product specifications and after‑sales procedures quickly and accurately.
