Rimowa Assistant Store Manager

1. Support and deputise for the Store Manager; lead the team and hold operational responsibility in the manager's absence.
2. Oversee daily store operations, including cashiering, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
3. Delegate tasks and coach team members to drive performance and personal development.
4. Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and cultivate long-term customer relationships (clienteling).
5. Analyse product and customer trends to support commercial decisions and drive sales growth.
6. Coordinate with Client Care to manage special requests and product repairs.
7. Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation meet brand guidelines.
8. Act as a collaborative team player who embodies RIMOWA values and uplifts team morale.

1. Minimum five years' experience in retail, ideally within the luxury sector, including people management.
2. Proven leadership and coaching ability with experience delegating and developing teams.
3. Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills; strong clienteling capability.
4. Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales and product trends.
5. Fluency in German and English; additional languages advantageous.
6. Strong attention to visual detail and adherence to brand standards.
