- Lead the team alongside the store manager, assuming leadership in their absence.
- Ensure efficient store operations, including task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory oversight.
- Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
- Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, embodying the brand's values and uplifting team spirit.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the sector.
