1. Lead the team alongside the store manager, assuming leadership in their absence.
2. Ensure efficient store operations, including task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory oversight.
3. Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends.
4. Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
5. Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.
6. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, embodying the brand's values and uplifting team spirit.

1. Fluency in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the sector.
