1. Coordinate repair processes in collaboration with manufacturers, specifically for softbag products.
2. Identify in-house repair capabilities and develop comprehensive guidelines, including presentations, videos, and illustrations.
3. Optimize and manage repair flows across the network.
4. Identify spare parts needs and establish procurement and inventory management processes with the supply planner.
5. Oversee repair performance and quality, ensuring competitive pricing.
6. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance repair costs, lead times, and quality.
7. Support the Quality team with analyses based on observed repairs and damages.
8. Contribute to the maintenance and updating of the defect library.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school or pursuing a Master's degree with a focus on quality or production management.
2. Strong interest in the luxury sector, with prior experience in textiles or leather goods preferred.
3. Ability to analyze, structure information, and manage priorities effectively.
4. Proactive with a strong team spirit and a positive attitude.

1. Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex subjects.
2. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
4. Ability to work under tight deadlines and cross-functionally with various departments.

Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates with relevant academic background.

Pursuing or completed a degree in engineering or a Master's with specialization in quality or production management.
