- Manage the NPS tool to track customer feedback and serve as the primary regional contact, including account creation and platform optimization.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports analyzing customer feedback to identify weaknesses in customer journeys and provide insights for team improvement.
- Participate in launching new channels and expanding into new countries.
- Support the continuous improvement of the customer experience by synthesizing regional feedback and driving project roadmaps.
- Communicate project progress and results, ensuring thorough reporting.
- Establish processes for tracking and monitoring CX initiatives to facilitate communication and progress.
- Share best practices across Customer Service hubs to inspire and ensure market adoption.
- Participate in CX and Customer Service community sessions, proposing enhancements to the customer experience and CRM tools.
- Student pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Curiosity and creativity with a proactive approach.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a 'can-do' mindset.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Passion for customer experience and empathy towards customers and sales force.
- Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
