- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on CRM performance, focusing on acquisition, clienteling, and loyalty metrics.
- Monitor and support clienteling campaigns for product launches.
- Assist in the development and execution of client loyalty and retention programs.
- Contribute to CRM training material updates and support operational CRM requests from boutiques.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to track retail and training KPIs, identify inconsistencies, and propose improvements.
- Organize training activities, including participant lists, feedback evaluations, progress reports, and certifications.
- Support engagement with the mobile learning tool and assist in creating communications to motivate users.
- Develop tools and materials for new store openings and new initiatives.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in learning methods and technologies to propose innovative training approaches.
- Enrollment in a business school with a specialization in Marketing, Economics, or Business Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and French for effective communication across the EMEA region.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field from a business school.
