- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on store CRM performance, focusing on acquisition, clienteling, and loyalty.
- Monitor and support clienteling campaigns for product launches.
- Assist in the development and execution of client loyalty and retention programs.
- Aid in the creation and updating of CRM training materials.
- Support boutiques with CRM-related operational requests to enhance responsiveness and meet field team needs.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to track retail and training results, identifying inconsistencies and proposing improvements.
- Organize training activities, including participant lists, feedback evaluations, and progress reports.
- Promote engagement with mobile learning tools, partnering with the EMEA team to drive user interaction.
- Contribute to the development of materials for new store openings and initiatives.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in learning methods and industry-specific knowledge to propose innovative training approaches.
- Enrollment in a business school with a focus on Marketing, Economics, or Business Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and French to communicate effectively within the EMEA region.
