Rimowa Accounting Assistant Intern

- Collaborate closely with the international accounting manager and the French accounting team to participate in the accounting closing process.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects within the department.
- Manage supplier and third-party accounting, including data entry, follow-up, and verification.
- Update third-party supplier information on internal CRM and SAP accounting software.
- Perform account lettering and bank reconciliations.
- Allocate costs analytically on invoices and purchase requisitions.
- Issue and enter invoices for accounts receivable.
- Follow up on payments and manage reminders for unpaid invoices.
- Verify and letter expense reports and business bank cards.
- Monitor and manage fixed assets.
- Contribute to closing operations, including verification of intercompany flows, payment of suppliers, and preparation of balance sheets and tax returns.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2 / Bac +3) in Accounting or DCG.
- Ideally, previous experience in accounting, either in a firm or within a company.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and collaborate within a team.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems is advantageous.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with minimal experience in accounting.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or DCG.
