1. Learn about the pillars of workforce management and their role in promoting operational excellence.
2. Contribute to building scalable dashboards and advanced reports to measure workforce management-related metrics.
3. Develop and refine forecast models to predict workforce needs using statistical techniques and predictive analytics.
4. Assist with developing capacity plans to align staffing levels with business requirements, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative solutions that address key business challenges.

1. Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, preferably majoring in Data or Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2. Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa.
3. Must be aged 18 or older.

1. Proficient computer and analytical skills.
2. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in workforce management and analytics is essential.

Currently enrolled in a university or college program, preferably in Data or Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $20.00.

Interns will be paired with a mentor to guide their learning experience, providing valuable insights into the luxury goods industry.
