1. Collaborate with management to forecast and plan talent pipeline requirements.
2. Advise business leaders on organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
3. Provide HR specialist advice and direction to leaders.
4. Lead and participate in cross-company strategic activities.
5. Develop annual staffing plans and recruitment strategies with Talent Acquisition.
6. Ensure job descriptions are current and comprehensive for all positions.
7. Interview candidates to assess competencies, potential, and cultural fit.
8. Manage internal transfers to enhance cross-functional and global mobility.
9. Address staffing issues, including termination and redundancy, while minimizing legal risks.
10. Implement performance management practices in alignment with central and regional guidelines.
11. Guide managers in executing the annual performance management process.
12. Advise managers on handling performance issues and corrective actions.
13. Conduct annual Career Committees to assess employee potential and identify future talent.
14. Advise on individual development plans and update succession data in SAP HR.
15. Align compensation and benefits practices with regional standards.
16. Provide feedback on benefit programs to Compensation & Benefits.
17. Implement HR strategies to support divisional change initiatives.
18. Ensure open communication processes and improve employee relations.
19. Advise employees at all levels to address and prevent issues.

1. 5+ years of HR experience for Manager level, 2-3 years for Assistant Manager level.
2. Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.
3. University degree.

1. Understanding of Labour Law, Compensation & Benefits, and HR operations.
2. Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. High communication skills.
4. Team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
