1. Support business stakeholders in the analysis and design of business processes.
2. Evaluate process efficiency and propose improvements.
3. Create functional specifications based on business requirements.
4. Ensure alignment of functionality with best practices, business processes, and procedures.
5. Document processes in a consistent and straightforward manner.
6. Evaluate current system configuration and respond to inquiries on system capabilities.
7. Configure the system to meet business requirements.
8. Report to management and evaluate potential support and project risks and priorities.
9. Maintain appropriate system security based on business needs.
10. Comply with group guidelines on documentation, change management, and audit processes.
11. Develop, implement, and evaluate complex HR systems project specifications and timelines.
12. Ensure project timelines are adhered to and identify potential risks.
13. Coordinate user acceptance testing and other testing with appropriate groups.
14. Work with internal customers and IT to troubleshoot and resolve complex system problems.
15. Document and communicate about issues.

1. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
2. At least 5 years of experience in successful implementation of Workday HCM.

1. Experience with Workday HCM, including planning phase to Go-live.
2. Experience in other functional areas of Workday such as Rewards, Reporting, or Security.
3. Experience with other HR solutions tools such as SAP HR and UKG is a plus.
4. Good listening and communication skills.
5. Problem-solving orientation with a strong focus on final objectives.
6. Open-minded and curious with flexible and creative thinking.
7. Proficiency in English; French is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Workday HCM, including planning, configuration, and Go-live phases.

Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
