Richemont Workday HCM Product Specialist

- Support business stakeholders in the analysis and design of business processes.
- Evaluate process efficiency and propose improvements.
- Create functional specifications based on business requirements.
- Ensure alignment of functionality with best practices, business processes, and procedures.
- Document processes in a consistent and straightforward manner.
- Evaluate current system configuration and respond to inquiries on system capabilities.
- Configure the system to meet business requirements.
- Report to management and evaluate potential support and project risks and priorities.
- Maintain appropriate system security based on business needs.
- Comply with group guidelines on documentation, change management, and audit processes.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate complex HR systems project specifications and timelines.
- Ensure project timelines are adhered to and identify potential risks.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and other testing with appropriate groups.
- Work with internal customers and IT to troubleshoot and resolve complex system problems.
- Document and communicate about issues.
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in successful implementation of Workday HCM.
- Experience with Workday HCM, including planning phase to Go-live.
- Experience in other functional areas of Workday such as Rewards, Reporting, or Security.
- Experience with other HR solutions tools such as SAP HR and UKG is a plus.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Problem-solving orientation with a strong focus on final objectives.
- Open-minded and curious with flexible and creative thinking.
- Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Workday HCM, including planning, configuration, and Go-live phases.
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
