1. Participate in a structured 3-month internship program focused on learning and development.
2. Gain business exposure through engagement with various Maisons and Regional Functions within Richemont.
3. Contribute to projects in one of the following functions: Finance, Digital, Real Estate, Marketing & Communications, Operations, Commercial, or Visual Merchandising.

1. Strong interest in the luxury fashion industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Adaptability and eagerness to learn.

No prior experience required, but a passion for the luxury industry is essential.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
