1. Diagnose and repair watches with precision and expertise.
2. Conduct maintenance service (MS) and complete service (CS) on watches ready for repair.
3. Perform quality control checks before transferring products to the Final Quality department.
4. Report technical issues to the technical supervisor promptly.
5. Provide quality feedback to brand headquarters when applicable.
6. Maintain personalized hand-tools and testing equipment in impeccable condition.
7. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the personal work environment.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in overhauling watch movements.
2. Diploma in watch-repairing or equivalent training course preferred.

1. Strong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen.
2. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
3. Excellent communication skills for reporting and feedback.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the overhauling of watch movements is required.

Diploma in watch-repairing or equivalent training course is an advantage.
