1. Design, implement, and evolve integration architectures aligned with enterprise goals.
2. Ensure integration platforms and services remain scalable, maintainable, and high-performing.
3. Lead initiatives to modernize the technology stack in line with industry trends.
4. Define standards and practices for integration, messaging, and service interfaces.
5. Contribute to the global integration strategy and technical roadmap.
6. Continuously enhance and adapt integration platforms and applications to meet evolving business needs.
7. Ensure solutions are robust, secure by design, and highly available.
8. Lead solution architecture activities from design to deployment.
9. Oversee platform upgrades and ensure compatibility with future standards and interfaces.
10. Design secure authentication and authorization flows across integration layers.
11. Work cross-functionally with enterprise architects, domain architects, business analysts, and security teams.
12. Support governance by contributing to documentation, policies, and reusable assets.
13. Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure compliant and extensible integration solutions.

1. Minimum 10 years’ experience in integration and/or solution architecture roles.
2. Proven expertise in event-driven architecture, synchronous APIs, and middleware technologies.
3. Hands-on experience with API gateways and messaging platforms.
4. Strong understanding of platform evolution, modernization strategies, and systems scalability.
5. Solid experience in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
6. Working knowledge of canonical data modeling and enterprise data structuring practices.
7. Proficient in designing secure, distributed systems using modern patterns and cloud-native tools.
8. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
9. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
10. Fluent English required, other languages are a plus.

2. Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to communicate with technical and business teams at all levels.
5. Willingness and ability to travel.
6. Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations.
