1. Perform sequential repair and disassembly of watch movements on the repair line.
2. Ensure the functionality and aesthetic quality of repaired movements.
3. Conduct various checks on movement operation, functions, and appearance to ensure quality standards are met.
4. Uphold the quality of work and adhere to departmental deadlines.
5. Identify and report critical issues affecting quality performance.
6. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work environment.
7. Manage recycling of used parts necessary for repairs.
8. Adhere to supply rules for kit-boxes and perform daily cleaning and 5S of the workspace.
9. Comply with company regulations and safety standards to ensure personal and team safety.

11. Promote and integrate company values in daily activities.
12. Communicate with team members to find and share technical solutions.
13. Suggest improvements in line with Richemont's policies.

1. Watchmaking diploma with 2-3 years of industry experience.

1. Ability to repair basic movements of luxury watches.
2. Capability to identify, analyze, and resolve basic movement malfunctions.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
4. Team spirit, versatility, and stress resilience.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
6. Fluency in French.

2-3 years of experience in the watchmaking industry, focusing on luxury watch movements.
