1. Polish bracelet and case components of timepieces according to brand-defined procedures and customer requests.
2. Ensure components are not mixed between watches.
3. Perform laser repairs and polish high horology repairs.
4. Conduct basic jewelry repairs such as installing crown tubes, fixing broken screws, and link repairs.
5. Prepare components for cleaning and clean all components using appropriate equipment.
6. Maintain and organize the working environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are calibrated and accessible.
7. Adhere to Richemont North America and brand specifications for tools, technical procedures, and work assignments.
8. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Technical experience in the watch industry preferred
3. Experience with luxury brands is advantageous

1. High level of dexterity and focus for handling small parts
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Understanding of mechanical applications is beneficial
4. Ability to follow instructions and deliver high-quality results
5. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Good communication and listening skills
7. Basic computer skills are advantageous

Technical experience in the watch industry is preferred, with working experience in luxury brands considered a plus.

High School Diploma or GED

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
