1. Produce regular signature reports aligned with the department's production calendar, including analyses of marketing strategies, market trends, and key industry events.
2. Conduct ad-hoc market studies to address specific strategic needs from Watchmaking Maisons and the Group.
3. Oversee market data collection processes in collaboration with external providers, ensuring data quality and consistency.
4. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate a Market Intelligence Analyst Intern, supporting daily activities.
5. Build transversal thematic studies on cross-category luxury topics and contribute to key transversal projects of the Competitor Intelligence practice.
6. Monitor the luxury market evolution and contribute to a bi-monthly newsletter distributed to over 3,000 contacts within the Group.

1. Highly detail-oriented with a rigorous and analytical mindset.
2. Proactive and persistent approach.
3. A first experience in the luxury industry, particularly in watches, and/or in an analytical position is a plus.
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
