1. Ensure optimal staffing and organization in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager to meet business needs.
2. Plan and execute workload capacity to optimize resources and consistently meet SLA targets.
3. Recruit staff with the appropriate profile for warehouse operations.
4. Manage, motivate, and develop the team through training and continuous development initiatives.
5. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement individual performance improvement plans.
6. Deliver operational KPIs in accordance with Richemont and Maison-specific policies and guidelines.
7. Monitor stock integrity, conduct inventories, and manage layout solutions.
8. Develop performance indicators for daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and improvement.
9. Support daily operations by working alongside team members as needed.
10. Handle ad-hoc operational requests, demonstrating leadership by example.

1. Higher vocational degree, preferably in Logistics.

1. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
2. Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French is advantageous.
3. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
4. Hands-on and flexible approach.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience as a Team Leader in an international warehouse environment is required.

Higher vocational degree, preferably in Logistics.
