Warehouse Operator

1. Pick orders manually or using an RF Gun based on packing lists and SAP system.
2. Check picked orders for reference and quantity.
3. Sort orders by customer.
4. Create shipments in SAP for regular orders and returns.
5. Recognize and create shipments for special destinations (non-EU) and handle necessary paperwork.
6. Create shipments for products designated as 'dangerous goods'.
7. Receive and register deliveries, checking the number of packages and associated documents.
8. Check contents of received packages against packing lists and invoices.
9. Process packing lists and invoices in the SAP system.
10. Process claims for deviating quantities or wrong references and communicate them to responsible departments.
11. Arrange received items per brand and category in appropriate stock locations.
12. Create or adjust new or existing stock locations.
13. Keep stock locations organized, check expiration dates, and packaging contents.
14. Participate in annual and semi-annual inventory checks.

1. MBO level is preferred
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)
3. Dutch and English speaking and writing
