1. Structure and analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) data using Google Cloud tools such as BigQuery and Looker.
2. Identify new data sources and optimize data processing workflows.
3. Collaborate with brand teams to co-develop high-value analyses that guide strategic decisions.
4. Explore AI and Generative AI opportunities to enhance customer insights.
5. Detect key trends and weak signals, including unsolicited feedback from social media and reviews.
6. Create dynamic dashboards to facilitate the adoption of insights and decision-making.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or customer insights.
2. Proficiency in Medallia and data tools such as BigQuery, Looker, SQL, and Python.
3. Ability to structure and optimize data workflows.
4. Curiosity and comfort with AI/Gen AI technologies applied to VoC.
5. Excellent storytelling skills to transform data into clear recommendations.
6. Experience in a dynamic, international, and multi-stakeholder environment.
7. Experience in a 'Consumer Insights' agency is a plus.
