- Lead the development of the talent strategy to support strategic business objectives across all Maisons and Functions.
- Create and implement strategies to attract, acquire, and retain top talent.
- Oversee the full candidate lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Lead employer branding efforts through various channels.
- Collaborate on workforce planning and develop recruiting and development strategies.
- Establish relationships with senior leaders to assess internal talent and build succession plans.
- Implement performance metrics linked to business targets.
- Evaluate and enhance the candidate experience.
- Collaborate with L&D leaders to develop high-potential employees.
- Ensure consistency in talent-related processes.
- Develop a communications strategy for talent acquisition initiatives.
- Manage third-party vendor activities and contracts.
- Lead and mentor the Talent team, focusing on succession planning and retention.
- Manage the Talent Acquisition budget in partnership with Finance.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field required; master's degree/MBA preferred
- Relevant certifications highly regarded
- 15+ years of strategic talent acquisition and succession planning experience
- Experience with retail and/or sales organizations
- Experience in an international, multi-brand organization; luxury environment preferred
- Understanding of organizational design principles
- Extensive leadership and mentoring experience
- Experience using metrics and analytics for hiring strategies
- Strong knowledge of trends in talent acquisition and succession planning
- Proven ability to lead project teams and serve internal clients
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

15+ years of strategic talent acquisition and succession planning experience, with 7+ years in a leadership capacity, preferably in a luxury or multi-brand environment.
Expected Salary Range: $235,000 - $275,000. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
