- Lead the development and execution of Richemont Americas' talent strategy to support strategic business objectives across all Maisons and Functions.
- Create and implement innovative strategies to attract, acquire, and retain top talent, adapting to changing business priorities.
- Oversee the full candidate lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder collaboration, candidate offers, and onboarding.
- Drive employer branding efforts through various channels, including social media and direct sourcing.
- Collaborate with the Group Talent team on workforce planning and development strategies.
- Establish relationships with senior leaders to assess internal talent, identify skill gaps, and develop succession plans.
- Implement key performance metrics linked to business targets and use data analysis to drive success.
- Enhance the candidate experience and internal service delivery through continuous evaluation and feedback.
- Collaborate with L&D leaders to design programs for developing high-potential employees.
- Ensure consistency in talent-related processes, including job descriptions and interview techniques.
- Develop a communications strategy for talent acquisition initiatives in partnership with Internal Communications.
- Manage third-party vendor activities and contracts.
- Lead and mentor the Richemont Americas Talent team, focusing on succession planning and retention.
- Create and manage the Talent Acquisition budget in partnership with Finance.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field required; master's degree/MBA preferred.
- Relevant certifications are highly regarded.
- 15+ years of strategic talent acquisition and succession planning experience, with 7+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in retail and/or sales organizations.
- Experience in an international, multi-brand organization; luxury environment preferred.
- Understanding of organizational design principles and succession planning.
- Extensive leadership and mentoring experience.
- Experience using metrics and analytics for hiring strategies.
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of current trends in talent acquisition and succession planning.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and serve internal clients.
- Ability to consult and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in talent systems and technology.
- Ability to work with organizational complexity and ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading an internal mobility program preferred.

15+ years in strategic talent acquisition and succession planning, with at least 7 years in a leadership capacity, preferably within a luxury or multi-brand environment.
Undergraduate degree required; master's degree or MBA preferred.
Expected salary range: $235,000 - $275,000, based on skills and experience.
