1. Streamline and deploy products within the Real-Time Communication portfolio across brands and regions.
2. Adopt and implement Agile methodologies for project management.
3. Manage RTC-TOIP environment, including Microsoft Teams TO-IP and Microsoft 365.
4. Oversee SIP Gateway Traffic Management using AudioCodes.
5. Implement contact center and reception calling assistant software.
6. Develop and manage live event solutions.

1. Technical background in Unified Communications and Real-Time Communication products.
2. Experience in managing projects in an international and multicultural environment using Scrum Agile methodology.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Power BI and PowerShell scripting.
3. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers.

Previous experience in Unified Communications and project management within an international and multicultural setting.
