Richemont Transportation Payables Coordinator

- Manage all freight payables for Richemont North America, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Develop and implement routines to maintain current freight accounts, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
- Utilize Microsoft Access to allocate general ledger and cost centers for high-volume invoices accurately.
- Analyze payable processes to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive work instructions for freight payable tasks.
- Collaborate closely with vendors to ensure account currency and prevent service disruptions.
- High school diploma required; additional college education preferred or 2 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in accounts payable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
- High learning agility and process improvement mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and business partners.
- Demonstrated integrity and strong work ethic with self-management capability.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable is preferred.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
