Trade Compliance Specialist

1. Coordinate with Customs broker for import clearance and prepare related documents.
2. Collaborate with brands to meet regular and ad-hoc expectations.
3. Support SAP MDM maintenance for brands.
4. Lead or support compliance training for brands.
5. Handle pre-registration for licensed products with Korean authorities.
6. Prepare various internal and mandatory authority reports.
7. Monitor compliance with Group directives and local government laws.
8. Update internal guidelines for importation and labeling regulations.
9. Support ad-hoc compliance projects.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in import/trade compliance in a multinational company.
2. Knowledge of import shipment and customs clearance.
3. Preferred experience with authorities such as KOTITI or KTR.
4. Experience in consulting for chemical products or cosmetics preferred.
5. Professional qualification or experience as a Customs Broker preferred.

2. Excellent organization and coordination skills.
3. Strong PC skills, expertise with Windows, MS Office, SAP applications.
4. Fluent in written, reading, and spoken English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in import/trade compliance in multinational companies.

University graduate in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, or Chemistry preferred.
