Richemont Trade Compliance Specialist

- Coordinate import clearance processes by liaising with customs brokers, preparing necessary documentation, and monitoring status for licensed products.
- Collaborate with brand teams to fulfill both regular and ad-hoc requirements.
- Support SAP MDM maintenance for various brands.
- Lead or assist in compliance training initiatives for brand teams.
- Manage pre-registration processes for licensed products with Korean authorities.
- Compile and manage various internal and mandatory authority reports.
- Regularly monitor and ensure adherence to Group directives and local government regulations.
- Update internal guidelines related to importation and labeling regulations.
- Participate in ad-hoc compliance projects.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an import/trade compliance role within a multinational company.
- Professional qualifications such as a Customs Broker License or relevant customs broker experience in logistics are preferred.
- University degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, or Chemistry is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of import shipment processes and customs clearance.
- Experience with laboratory authorities such as KOTITI or KTR is preferred.
- Familiarity with consulting in chemical products or cosmetics is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and SAP applications.
- Fluency in written, reading, and spoken English.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a multinational company, with a preference for experience in customs brokerage or consulting in chemical products or cosmetics.
University degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, or Chemistry preferred.
