1. Coordinate import clearance processes by liaising with customs brokers, preparing necessary documentation, and monitoring status for licensed products.
2. Collaborate with brand teams to fulfill both regular and ad-hoc requirements.
3. Support SAP MDM maintenance for various brands.
4. Lead or assist in compliance training initiatives for brand teams.
5. Manage pre-registration processes for licensed products with Korean authorities.
6. Compile and manage various internal and mandatory authority reports.
7. Regularly monitor and ensure adherence to Group directives and local government regulations.
8. Update internal guidelines related to importation and labeling regulations.
9. Participate in ad-hoc compliance projects.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in an import/trade compliance role within a multinational company.
2. Professional qualifications such as a Customs Broker License or relevant customs broker experience in logistics are preferred.
3. University degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, or Chemistry is preferred.

1. In-depth knowledge of import shipment processes and customs clearance.
2. Experience with laboratory authorities such as KOTITI or KTR is preferred.
3. Familiarity with consulting in chemical products or cosmetics is advantageous.
4. Strong organizational and coordination skills with a service-oriented mindset.
5. Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and SAP applications.
6. Fluency in written, reading, and spoken English.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a multinational company, with a preference for experience in customs brokerage or consulting in chemical products or cosmetics.

University degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, or Chemistry preferred.
