Richemont Traceability Product Owner

- Develop and maintain the vision for the traceability product.
- Manage the product budget and roadmap.
- Identify and analyze business use cases and needs in collaboration with Maisons and Group Function stakeholders.
- Evaluate and prioritize product backlog based on business value and team capacity.
- Ensure delivery of product solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Organize and participate in agile ceremonies and sprint reviews.
- Ensure functional conformity of delivered solutions with business rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-program dependencies and other product areas.
- Continuously improve the product to meet business outcomes, tracking user feedback and adoption.
- Support Group Data Transformation initiatives and leverage AI.
- Collaborate closely with Group Technology colleagues and utilize Group Federated Platforms.
- Contribute to the global Group Platform Product Transformation.
- Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience in product or project management within multinational or innovative environments, particularly in Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
- Excellent business acumen and strong customer orientation.
- Proficiency in facilitation, change management, and cross-business problem-solving.
- Expertise in collaborative solutions for product management and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in implementing Product Owner techniques such as customer journeys and personas.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Influential communication skills and active listening.
- Proficiency in English.
5-10 years of experience in product or project management within multinational or innovative environments, particularly in Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent.
