Richemont Temporary Talent Administrative Assistant

- Schedule interviews and key talent meetings.
- Post job openings on internal and external platforms.
- Manage calendar and support travel and expense report processes for the VP, Talent.
- Ensure timely registration and payment of vendors.
- Respond to inquiries from candidates, the Talent team, business units, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and external vendors.
- Draft communications for the team.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment software providers, such as Paradox.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within a Talent or HR environment.
- Demonstrated success in HR administrative, coordination, or customer service roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Experience with recruitment modules, Applicant Tracking Systems, databases, HR systems, and scheduling tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work in New York City 4 days per week.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, ideally within a Talent or HR setting, with proven success in HR administrative or customer service functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
Expected hourly rate is $31 - $34, with eligibility for overtime.
