Richemont Temporary HR Coordinator

- Update associate information in HRIS and maintain employee-related files.
- Perform administrative duties related to people data for expense allocation and reporting.
- Support data analysis from various reports to extrapolate relevant business data.
- Communicate leave of absence and benefits processes.
- Address payroll inquiries related to Dayforce, earned time, and holiday pay.
- Assist with managing the offer process, including inputting offer details and coordinating background checks.
- Manage NSPOs for HR and collaborate with Finance and Procurement for PO setup.
- Support onboarding initiatives, including sending guidelines to managers, arranging onboarding gifts, and administering the I-9 process.
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience across all HR functions to enhance business performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, notably Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills.
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to various HR functions.
Expected salary range: $31-36/hr, based on relevant skills and experience.
