- Facilitate and coordinate the installation of new equipment.
- Stay informed on the latest watchmaking equipment innovations and group standards.
- Centralize and communicate all brand-specific technical updates.
- Ensure the update and renewal of general and branded tools.
- Coordinate maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Autonomously manage complex projects and programs in alignment with group guidelines and regional project management methodologies.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Provide regular project status updates to regional and central functions.
- Define and structure data to drive QRQC methodology.
- Analyze problem pareto and lead action plans with technical teams.
- Define actions based on flowback data and Maison best practices.
- Document and standardize processes to recognize opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to defining and implementing a training strategy for technical teams.
- Ensure group Health & Safety guidelines are implemented and documented.
- Act as the main point of contact for Health & Safety teams to operationalize group guidance.
- Engineering background.
- 7-10 years of experience in a production environment.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of project methodology, data collection, trending, and Lean concepts.
- Technical background sufficient to understand technologies and technical issues of finished products.
- Previous management experience is advantageous.
- Experience in luxury service or production environment is beneficial.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and analysis.
- Understanding of Lean management and 5S.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and encourage teamwork.
- Fluency in English.
- Organizational capacity to consolidate and summarize projects.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
7-10 years of experience in a production environment with project management expertise.
Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
