Richemont Technical Operations Director

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient repair processes and adherence to KPIs, optimizing workflows and resolving bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement regional technical strategies aligned with the overall Customer Services vision, managing projects related to process optimization and business evolution.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 120 employees, including recruitment, performance management, and career development planning.
- Monitor and maintain high quality standards throughout the repair process, ensuring compliance with Richemont and Maison policies.
- Plan and manage technical resources, including capacity planning, staffing, and training, while managing capex needs.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the central RCS function, ensuring consistency and best practice application across global operations.
- Manage the department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures, promoting a safe work environment.
- 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume/luxury environment.
- Relevant experience in production and/or after-sales environments.
- Strong understanding of Lean management principles and PDCA methodology.
- Strategic vision of the industry, including organizational trends and evolution.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, and SAP BW.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- French language skills are a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within a high-volume or luxury environment, with a proven track record in staff development and strategic planning.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
