Technical Lead / Scrum Master

1. Serve as the team lead and Scrum Master for development teams, guiding them through Agile processes and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
2. Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
3. Implement technical guidelines and methodologies in collaboration with Solution Architects and team leads.
4. Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
5. Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary.
6. Work closely with developers and administrators to understand technical requirements and constraints.
7. Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project milestones.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices.
9. Promote a positive team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
10. Participate in onboarding and coaching new team members.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

1. Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.
2. Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
4. Fluent in English; French is an asset.
5. Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Developer or Scrum Master, with experience in Salesforce and the retail ecosystem being valuable assets.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
