Richemont Wholesale Technical Lead / Scrum Master

- Serve as the team lead and Scrum Master for development teams, guiding them through Agile processes and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Implement technical guidelines and methodologies in collaboration with Solution Architects and team leads.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress, escalating issues when necessary.
- Work closely with developers and administrators to understand technical requirements and constraints.
- Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices.
- Promote a positive team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence.
- Participate in onboarding and coaching new team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Developer or Scrum Master, with experience in Salesforce and the retail ecosystem being advantageous.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; French is an asset.
- Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations.
A minimum of 3 years in a Senior Developer or Scrum Master role, with experience in Salesforce and retail environments considered beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
