1. Serve as the team lead and Scrum Master for development teams, guiding them through Agile processes and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
2. Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
3. Implement technical guidelines and methodologies in collaboration with Solution Architects and team leads.
4. Coach teams on Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
5. Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress, escalating issues when necessary.
6. Work closely with developers and administrators to understand technical requirements and constraints.
7. Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices.
9. Promote a positive team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence.
10. Participate in onboarding and coaching new team members.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Developer or Scrum Master, with experience in Salesforce and the retail ecosystem being advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration.
2. Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.
3. Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Fluency in English; French is an asset.
6. Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations.

A minimum of 3 years in a Senior Developer or Scrum Master role, with experience in Salesforce and retail environments considered beneficial.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
