1. Lead and manage a team of watchmakers and operators in the watch case preparation and assembly department, ensuring optimal performance of daily activities.
2. Oversee the repair process of products, dedicating approximately 75% of time to this task.
3. Ensure efficient team operations through daily briefings and workload management, maintaining a LEAN mindset.
4. Uphold brand and group standards, policies, and procedures, conducting performance evaluations and setting objectives for team members.
5. Act as the primary HR contact for the team, addressing conflicts, performance issues, and providing feedback.
6. Guarantee the quality, efficiency, and performance of the team's work, offering technical guidance and proposing improvements.
7. Coordinate maintenance of workshop equipment and manage recycling processes for used parts.
8. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of new team members.
9. Develop and implement training programs in collaboration with the workshop manager.

1. Certified Watchmaker (CFC) or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in manufacturing or after-sales service as a watchmaker.
3. Proficiency in managing a team of watchmaking technicians with a strong interest in resolving technical and human challenges.
