Richemont Team Leader - Watchmaking Assembly

- Lead and manage a team of watchmakers and operators in the watch case preparation and assembly department, ensuring optimal performance of daily activities.
- Oversee the repair process of products, dedicating approximately 75% of time to this task.
- Ensure efficient team operations through daily briefings and workload management, maintaining a LEAN mindset.
- Uphold brand and group standards, policies, and procedures, conducting performance evaluations and setting objectives for team members.
- Act as the primary HR contact for the team, addressing conflicts, performance issues, and providing feedback.
- Guarantee the quality, efficiency, and performance of the team's work, offering technical guidance and proposing improvements.
- Coordinate maintenance of workshop equipment and manage recycling processes for used parts.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of new team members.
- Develop and implement training programs in collaboration with the workshop manager.
- Certified Watchmaker (CFC) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or after-sales service as a watchmaker.
- Proficiency in managing a team of watchmaking technicians with a strong interest in resolving technical and human challenges.

Demonstrated experience in a watchmaking manufacturing or after-sales service environment, with a focus on team leadership and technical problem-solving.
