1. Maintain the Tax Risks Register and conduct regular Tax Risk assessments.
2. Oversee the Tax Control Framework and monitor the implementation of Tax Controls via the Group Internal Control System.
3. Develop and implement clear procedures and operating guidelines for tax processes.
4. Coordinate training and knowledge management initiatives with relevant stakeholders.
5. Monitor the implementation of Group tax policies using visual dashboards and reporting tools.
6. Support cross-functional projects and enhance project management capabilities within the team.
7. Assist in international tax matters, including tax reporting, Pillar 2 implementation, and tax audit management.

1. Master’s degree in Finance, Tax, or Law.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax, risk management, or internal controls within tax consultancy or a large corporate group.

3. Leadership skills with integrity, autonomy, and a proactive approach.
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in a multicultural environment.
5. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.

At least 5 years of experience in international tax, risk management, or internal controls in tax consultancy or a large corporate group.

Master’s degree in Finance, Tax, or Law.
