Richemont Tax Risk Manager

- Maintain the Tax Risks Register and conduct regular Tax Risk assessments.
- Oversee the Tax Control Framework and monitor the implementation of Tax Controls via the Group Internal Control System.
- Develop and implement clear procedures and operating guidelines for tax processes.
- Coordinate training and knowledge management initiatives with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor the implementation of Group tax policies using visual dashboards and reporting tools.
- Support cross-functional projects and enhance project management capabilities within the team.
- Assist in international tax matters, including tax reporting, Pillar 2 implementation, and tax audit management.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Tax, or Law.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax, risk management, or internal controls within tax consultancy or a large corporate group.
- Strong analytical skills with a risk and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and creativity.
- Leadership skills with integrity, autonomy, and a proactive approach.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
At least 5 years of experience in international tax, risk management, or internal controls in tax consultancy or a large corporate group.
Master’s degree in Finance, Tax, or Law.
