- Serve as the primary contact for the Talent Management cycle, aligning processes across APAC and collaborating with business partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance succession planning and support the onboarding of new talent.
- Coordinate and administer Learning & Development programs, including scheduling, venue booking, and material preparation.
- Assist employees with training registration and provide guidance on learning systems and tools.
- Act as the main administrator for the Learning Management System, tracking participation and analyzing engagement trends.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess program effectiveness.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, such as events and workshops.
- Analyze employee engagement data to generate insights and support reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of people experience initiatives, including engagement metrics.
- Assist with internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged, creating content for various channels.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR coordination or employee engagement roles.
- Exposure to CSR projects or event management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English for communication with APAC and global teams.
- Basic understanding of learning management systems or willingness to learn new tools.
- Proficiency in data organization and analysis using Excel or similar tools.
- Creative storytelling skills for crafting engaging communications.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Client-centric problem-solving abilities with strong business acumen.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
1-2 years of experience in HR coordination or employee engagement roles is required.
