- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Act as a key contact for hiring managers during interviews and assist in decision-making.
- Engage in active sourcing of candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and build a personal network.
- Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Coordinate and organize interview schedules and learn to collaborate with the works council.
- Lead and manage the established trainee network.
- Expand partnerships with universities across Germany and develop an annual engagement plan.
- Support the transition from Success Factors to Workday systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
- Enthusiastic and open-minded personality with the ability to inspire and engage new talents.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and engage top talent.
- Proficiency in modern recruitment methods and tools.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Curiosity and openness to learning innovative recruitment processes.
No specific experience required, but a background in HR or recruitment is beneficial.
