1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
2. Act as a key contact for hiring managers during interviews and assist in decision-making.
3. Engage in active sourcing of candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and build a personal network.
4. Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience.
5. Coordinate and organize interview schedules and learn to collaborate with the works council.
6. Lead and manage the established trainee network.
7. Expand partnerships with universities across Germany and develop an annual engagement plan.
8. Support the transition from Success Factors to Workday systems.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
3. Enthusiastic and open-minded personality with the ability to inspire and engage new talents.
