1. Identify, engage, and build a pipeline of external candidates for various roles within the organization.
2. Collaborate with Maisons and Richemont Regional Functions as a strategic business partner to drive the recruitment process.
3. Provide market and talent insights to Hiring Managers and the HR community.
4. Oversee proactive talent sourcing in databases and external channels to enrich the organization with diverse backgrounds.
5. Act as an ambassador to deliver impactful Richemont messages and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
6. Share exceptional talent within the Talent Acquisition community globally while maintaining accurate candidate information.
7. Utilize Talent Acquisition systems and tools to ensure healthy analytics, transparency, and consistency.
8. Support the execution of Employer Branding Activities.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
2. At least 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a matrix, fast-paced organization.

1. Strong knowledge and experience in local practices and policies in Southeast Asia.
2. Flexibility and adaptability in a diverse and inclusive organization.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Ability to engage with key stakeholders and top candidates.
5. Proficiency in navigating and mastering various online and offline sourcing channels.

A minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition, with a preference for experience in retail or luxury sectors.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
